Please check your Bible. The four steps of faith that Sis Nagma shared (or rather, we should say, 4 steps to receiving the promises of God) are Ask, believe, receive and thank God. These are all found in the Bible.
As for Mohan c lazurus, I do not know him, and have not read anything about him myself; so I can’t comment.

People you need to know that the holy spirit is Given to people who are believers in the word of God and Gospel .Eph 1;13
And there is a real need to hear the Gospel and repent of your sins ...nagma does not seem to know it at all

Step 1: Ask -- Jn16:24, Mt7:7,8
