You need to have the MGS map pack thing and you will find it on Act 2

If I recall correctly, you have to collect all the bubbles in the collector or ice tundra level for the glowing eyes. It could have been one of the assistant (3x/4x) tasks.

Closely. You need ace/pass without dyining frozen tundra, first from wilderness.

It is not easy, yet it can be done. The most difficult thing is to complete it in time for the trophy. Basically, you have to ace it and be fast, too. Quite challenging.

i did it third try for fast shooting just keep hitting the L1 button instead of holding it lot easier that way

@aprlcum no it was not, but i tried it on my 3rd attempt and aced it, once i learned the safe spots, i tried it with 2 hands and got the 2:30 or less, and i timed myself, if you finish every target on your first try, you should finish at around 1:20- 1:45 tops.

how do you beat it in 2 min or less

Destroy every target with your 1st attempt. As soon as the platform appears, jump to the left thing and continue to fire. Don't die and you should be through within the trophy time. If you have problems, invite a friend. It could be easier because you can shoot more paint balls together. It takes some practice but can be done.
