lol. thats not how u do it. u will miss the person every time. a real capoeria person would not teach u in a video. and needs to be a professor or mastre in order to be autherized to teach it. if u follow this guys way in a real fight u lose everytime.

@GerosAstarta that's not true...macaco is an acrobatic move not an atack move...if you doing on advance to your "enemy" he will do a benca and you'll get hurt!
