I find it amusing that the organ console which is part of the Land of Symphony is a horseshoe-shaped theatre organ console. While these were essentially a one-man orchestra, and they were common at the time this was made, they were often used to play popular music i.e. jazz. Either way, this is a wonderful toon with wonderful details.
I remember laughing out loud at 6:17 as a kid because it was so loud and booming compared to the wimpy sounds from the jazz side. LMFAO I'm still laughing at it.....20 years later.
In order to ensure a family-friendly rating, there was a frighting scene at the end that had to be cut out -- the two marriages eventually go on to produce some horrible kids: a little "Hip Hop" that had an extensive rap sheet, and "Disco", who always had a fever. Both kids were later diagnosed with ADHD. In addition, two more, "Easy Listening" and "Muzak", were born lame.
@masterclassicalmusic0:26 to 1:14 is Minuet in G by Beethoven. 2:15 to 2:24 is Gavotte by Francois-Joseph Gossec. I played these two pieces many years ago while learning violin under the Suzuki method.
so beautiful

3:13, "Peek a boo! I see you! Hiding behind the tree!"
Man, I love how they were able to convey dialogue with only musical notes...so good.

Adorable they captured the Conn style on the sax figures, with the B and Bb keys as ears. ^^
