Gosh! My love for Rory seriously declined whenever she wasn't with Jess and she settled for the married Dean and jerk Logan. I mean, it's like HELLO! He told you that he loved you (and I'm thinking that's the first time he's said that to anyone) and she does nothing. He shouldn't have walked away and she shouldn't have stopped him.

@naleyluver I imagine she felt a bit overwhelmed by his confession. Plus, as much as we all love Jess and want to have his babies, Jess hurt Rory- big time. Both had their faults but the fact is Jess left Rory and broke her heart in a way I don't think even Dean could. I imagine it's hard to let go of all that hurt, doubt, and 'overwhelmness' in just three seconds & say "I love you" back. Also, I like that Jess just blurts it-- it feels more genuine, like he just couldn't hold it in.

DONT JUST WALK AWAY!!! there are so many moments where if jess had just stayed a second longer, or not been so intense (ie when he asks rory to run away with him) they would be together in a heart beat...

u can think of it that way or u can think of it that if rory had run after him, they would be together in a heartbeat. I mean think about it, Jess said what he had wanted to say, if Rory wanted to respond, she would have. This scene is mutual (he shouldnt have walked away, she should've ran after him) but when he asks rory to run away.. she very brutally, HARSHLY rejects him. she is just SO mean there, she acts like he's completely worthless! wat can he do BUT walk away, that NO! rly hurt him :(

i mean, she made it VERY clear that she doesn't want him anymore... and of course, she loved Dean. UGH. i could really kill her in that episode, that scene was just heartbreaking. Probably the scene where I cried the most in the whole series, and I cried in PLENTY of scenes lol

Thank you for posting this! My brother had told me about this scene and I have been wanting to see it. I love Rory and Jess as a couple.

The way she ran was funny, it was like a kid running while playing tag. And it was funny when she said "My town! I leave!" and "Stop following!" It was just so childish and hilarious.

R&D don't last long and soon she's with logan. jess shows up again when he has finished writing a book and later on, jess invites rory to this gala thing for his book and they kiss, but rory tells him that she still loves logan even tho the two are having problems at the time. and that's about it - they end as friends
