I cut donuts cookie and ice cream and I still eat wildly unhealthy. Yet Im losing weight. Not nearly enough but I am losing. Not eating after 7pm alone will shed pounds.

@TheCaliCapitalist I don't stop eating at 7 because that would hurt me. I eat every 3-4 hours except of course, when I'm going to bed...that's how I shed the weight. portion management and eating frequently.
