@swat305GINO No, it is a very dim display - i experimented with one in the shop the other day (new battery), and the display is MUCH weaker than it seems in videos of them. You can make it out in a darkened room, but in most other situations where there is any kind of light source, it's very hard to read. Shame, i really wanted to get one, but it's far too dim to use.
@ollsmells First press the button so that the date is showing then press the reset button (the one that is flush with the side of the watch other side from the big button) this will allow you to enter the letters by pressing the big button and move to the next letter by pressing the reset button again
@florinvancea Display can switch from Horizontal to Vertical and you can input your own scrolling message. It cannot switch color..but there are many color variations available at ledwatchstop
dude - i've got the same watch.. awesome!!.. it has a 30 character programmable scrolling message - so you can change the message - you should check out Black dice Organic LED called mixtape BD 042 03

A great watch ! Just got mine in the mail today. I wanted the blue hands, so I had to order it from the U.K. I got it within a week without a hitch !
