Mahmoud al-Mabhouh was making alot of money. Or he could have been skimming funds for his personal use. It's not hard to think that Mabhouh was terminated by a Hamas rival, someone who wanted to muscle in on Mabhouh's turf. I don't think experienced hit teams would be as clumsy as the Dubai "team" seems.
