You are taking those verses out of context, and you don't really know what you are talking about. The death penalty for those sins were in the old testament and applied to Israel. The moral law has not passed away. Murder and capital punishment are not the same. We are in the new covenant now where God gives men time and space to repent.Those things you mentioned are sin and people will go to hell if they don't repent (stop sinning) and call on Jesus to save them.
