nice video dude, i brought the proactiv 5 piece kit the other day and tryed it for the first time this morning....i never had much aacne at all but a few hours after using the proactiv steps it made my face so red and spots appearing all over the place.since this has happened it has made me not want to use it again cos its made it alot worse.guy's just eat a healthy diet and cut out sugary products completly.coffee,chocolate,swe­ets and dairy things make my acne alot worse.drink lots of water :D

If Proactiv has worked for you the first time, you have to continue using it to keep the acne away because once I stopped and began to break out again, I ordered another kit which ended up not having any effect. P.S. - Shaving is a real bitch.  Not because you cut yourself but because it makes you breakout way more than before.

yeah. im thinking about switching to skin id too. cause at first, proactive worked and i was happy, but the longer i used it, the less it worked and the more it is screwing up my skin. and i think the idea of having your own skin id is really clever. i think i'll give proactive a few more weeks. if it doesn't work, i'll switch to skin id

i JUST got skin iD yesterday, i started using it and so far it feels WAAAAY better then proactive. i stuck with proactive for a year and a half, at first it worked but then it made my skin worse, so yeah. skin iD is a smart move. =]
