  • According to the spec, ledgreenT8 puts out 1500 lumens. How is that equivalent to a T8?

  • @tranhn It's not, look at 0:24 both bulbs are enabled and camera shows distinct difference in luminosity between the two.

  • can they replace 20w tube?

  • wow...just cool...thks for the review

  • I prefer 6" to 12" led tube for kitchen cabinets.

  • What is Kevin James doing hawking lightbulbs?

  • Great video.

  • can you measure the par output of the LED vs the T8 tube

  • @snowboarderrx

If you are referring to aquarium applications, we have not made any PAR (Photosynthetically Active Radiation) output comparisons between LEDs and fluorescent T8 tubes. The primary use is for these LED tubes are for general service lighting requirements.

  • what are the price difference for the bulbs? Does it pay off? If it does, Can you break it down for me if possible. Thank you.

  • @tutbanana Individual 4' LED tubes cost approx $65 each. Depending on your cost of electricity and how long they stay on, a tube could pay for itself in less than 3 years and last over 11 years.

  • I just replaced my 34 flourescents (12 tubes) with the same qty of these LED's and I absolutely love them! They are more blue but

  • @GreenEnergyAdvocates I'm looking for suitable lightnings for general use. I read in an article about blue hazard which is associated with blue light emission which is bad for health. What do you mean by blue but?

  • yeah, there is a difference, but...the led isnt so bright...

  • go LED !
