The phone scratches really, really easily. Sometimes, I get really upset because I try so hard to protect it yet somehow a scratch just magically appears. Im one for detail so every time I look at the phone I see the scratches. I remember the first time it fell from me and it got a scratch on the top back, I cried- I really did. It hurt..Im not crazy. I just really love how the phone looks.

if u carry anything in ur pocket with it it can scratch it up without u knowing...like change and anything metal or plastic basicly

Argh!!! When the phone rings or when I want to make a call, I have to slide it up!! The battery life is terrible. Really, really bad. On a busy day when I make and receive a number of calls and texts, the battery runs dry. If I use any of the other features like the camera, video or mp3, the battery dies. Luckily, the phone came with an additional battery so I keep it close for those days.

The video quality is great, only thing is...the video is squeezed into the centre of the already smallish screen. Not to exaggerate or anything, the video occupies about the size of thumb on the screen. I have quite a number of songs and videos on my phone...which explains why when I try to access the folder containing these files, the phone slows a bit showing Please Wait. I dont have a problem with this, but I dont really like the delay.

Listening to stuff that I recorded on the phone yet again causes me pain. Even when I put the phone to my ear, I have to try really hard to hear exactly what I recorded. I dont bother recording most times. It really isnt convenient at all.

Speaker phone. What speaker phone? To tell you the truth I have to hold to phone close to ear to hear my speaker. That defeats the whole purpose. Flash? Why do they call it flash, once you turn on flash, the light just turns on...it doesnt flash! I must say though, the pictures do look quite nice when I upload them to my laptop, but on the phone itself, they appear a bit grainy.

Argh. What pains me is when Im on the road! You know with all the background noise, the person with whom Im conversing cant hear a thing unless I kinda shout! I mean I know Im soft spoken but come on, With all other phones Ive had before this I never had to put so much effort into speaking.

Let me tell you something from my over one year experience, the phone looks good but isnt all that practical. I dont know if its a factory fault with my particular device. What annoys me the most with it is that talking on it is tedious. I have to put effort into speaking while on a call.

Believe me, this phone is beautiful. I have had this phone for a little over 1 year now, and trust me I get so much attention. People just cant seem to keep their smudging hands over my phone. Some persons are even afraid of touching. All in all, theres no debating, the phone is definitely an eye-catcher, but its totally impractical. I mean, sure it packed with really cool features- Bluetooth, speaker phone, 2mp camera, video...

i have a manual in english but i dont know where you can get them from other then when you buy the phone..also you can use mp3s as ring tones but not for the voicemail messages. i've had this phone for a while and pretty much know how to use it well, other then the internet cuz i dont want that
