Well folks just used this paint. We cleaned the walls, however they still had film and grime. As the walls havent been painted in 10+ years. We choose a eggshell finish. I must say the it had excellent hide and i dont think we will need a second coat. Even over the kitchen area where there was grease splatter. I was almost amazed on how well the paint did.
