  • i saw a triangle cloud and it looked like a funnel cloud.my sister was so scared!

  • Looks like... A dick!

  • Don't mark this as spam:

TORNADO WARNING IN MADISON COUNTY. I REPEAT, TORNADO WARNING IN MADISON COUNTY, TAKE PERCAUSION IN DECATER AND HUNTSVILLE.

  • that thing touched down for a few.

  • ohhh shit

  • This actually appears to be a tornado. While it may not appear to be touching down, at 2:00 you can see some debris at ground level.

  • Its bc even though funnel clouds are just clouds, they still cause strong winds.

  • I saw a funnel cloud forming near my house last night O.O

  • O_O I saw one outside my building! who here is canadian?

  • me :D

U talkin about recently? Cause on thursday we had that giant storm with like 50 tornados haha

  • Man you need to lose the foul posts!!! You give nado chasers a bad name... whew, there are some nasty people online.

  • Ive alwas been wating for a huge tstorm in the day here in VA. We had one in the night where lightning litteraly hit in our back yard.

i saw the light but with no time to react (litteraly) the thunder boomed and shook our whole house

  • What you call "discovery", I call the rape of the natural world.

  • CommanderLightning... They should be destroyed... either you them or they you

  • ok dude

  • bull864 ... you dude///

  • start destroying them already.

  • I can destroy all tornados and hurricanes,

and want to realize my discovery in practice...

  • No they will destroy you you moron

  • Endora from Bewitched could kick all tornados in the a** just by flipping up her purple cape!

  • judging by my personal experience, yes u filmed a funnel cloud but several things were stopping the formation. One key was the rain sheer to the right of the funnel cloud. This has been shown to slow or stop tornadic development. Other factors could've been wind aloft, no strong up lift. This is quite common and it takes alot of ingriedients to be at hand just for one to drop, not just rotation. The development stage still mystifies meteorlogists and scientists. I live in Metro Detroit so..

  • glad i was in the country when this happend b/c i woulda prolly been in it!

  • yup if u fast foward the vid u can see huge rotation,......it was tornadic....... was there a warning?

  • Well it's a funnel cloud. It's got the rotation in it. You can see it at about 1:53.

  • yeah there was like a mini tornado somewhere near wear i live, it was on the sea and it died pretty quickly. well that's what i heard...

  • on the sea? musta been a waterspout :P

  • my dad saw one of those out at airway heights. It didn't become a tornado, but it was very close

  • I've been in a tornado. it was at night and it was very scary. My yard it a mess now. D: Thank god it didn't touch my house though. oh and during gustav i saw some rotating clouds. it was awesome but a little scary.

  • shit it almost became a tornado

  • wow thats scary we had a funnel cloud once but it broke up it was way smaller then that tho

  • Wow, that was amazing. And talk about a close call. =O

  • 3 days ago in fredrick md we saw a funnel cloud

  • o.k. mister know-it-all what is it then i have seen one of these things closer than that and that is a funnel but thank god in my case it did not come down

  • ITS A COLD CORE

  • I've seen many funnel clouds and a few tornadoes in the 7 years that I lived in Lincoln, Nebraska. I never saw a "green" sky when I saw a funnel or tornado.I have seen many "orangy" tinted skies, :whitish" skies, and gray skies though.

  • ive seen i green sky 4 days ago cause there was a tornado warning for new york but nothin happen it jus rained hard

  • god i just saw a vid that a tornado touched down and landed rit on a mobile home like holy shit!!!

  • i dont give a fuck if i see a funnel cloud im takin my shit and ballin out man

  • The video depicts a funnel cloud, although a weak one. "Absolutes" like green sky, shapes, cloud movement, hail etc are so variable w/tornadic events that it's impossible to apply 1 standard to every storm. One's position relative to a funnel will be different for each observer; supercell & non-supercell tornadoes are also quite dissimilar (in fact ALL storms change appearance relative to time & space). So when someone says they saw a funnel & it "didn't look like this", it's an empty comment.

  • Lets settle the arguement:

Green means hail. A rotating column of air descending from a wall cloud as seen in the video means funnel cloud. Large hail is indicative of a powerful/severe thunderstorm and thus a greater possibility of tornadic activity however is not required for such, Since the tornado is a feature of the updraft of a thunderstorm whereas the majority of precipitation comes from the downdraft. Green skies are probably a better indication of a microburst than a tornado.

  • not necessarily. i had a huge hail storm and nothing happened after

  • haha i just checked the weather net work tornado warnings for us sky green yikes!

  • That distinct green that you are talking about it indicative of hail...not a tornado. The clouds don't have to be green to be tornado producing.

  • Well, They dont HAVE to be, but it does indecate that a tornado could happen within that area.

  • um, i dont think that was a funnel cloud... the sky would look different. i havent been in a tornado, but i've had it described to me. the sky's usually a distinct green.

  • i have seen many funnel clouds in my life, not all of them look the same. and if you have never even seen one, then how the hell can judge whether or not this is a funnel cloud? that is a funnel cloud because there was a tornado warning for the area that had the funnel. and btw the sky isn't always green when you see a funnel, i infact never seen a green each time i saw one.

  • i know the sky doesn't have to be green because there was one in my city and the sky was not green. and it's hard to tell what the clouds are REALLY doing in a video because it's not real life. a tornado warning doesn't mean there's going to be one. my area gets warnings sometimes, but tornadoes never actually come.

  • woah pee is green?!

haha i think u got the wrong pee webkinzlover

  • at my house the sky was green! (pee green)

  • it is strange, each time i've seen a funnel cloud, the sky was never green! any explanation?

  • green supposedly means hail from what i've read, but i don't think i've ever seen green skies when i've ever seen hail lol

  • yeah there was this one storm next to me on may 24th, it was producing hail up to quarter size, and i didn't see that weird sky everybody mentions.

  • haha we're issued for a tornado warning right now, like our sirens are going off and everything so they said watch out for funnel clouds and im upstairs in my room, top floor, looking up funnel clouds on the internet. freaking scaryyyy. i hope to god i dont see anything like that.

  • You were very lucky in 2 ways, 1, you got to see a tornado ALMOST form! 2, then funnel cloud went away. Yup. Lucky lucky lucky.

  • Great Video...Thanks for sharing

  • did it touch down ?????

  • Nope. It was just a funnel cloud, not an actual tornado.

  • same at my house.

  • that is fucking scary if i saw a funnel cloud i would faint

  • yeahh because thats real lucky

  • ok how is this lucky lol

  • how are you lucky to be near a funnel cloud??? I'snt that UNLUCKY??

  • thts some nice video

  • No...It wouldent be

  • thats awsome

  • lol it doesnt relle move at first....

  • That was interesting to see the funnel form and then just go away.

  • LEAVE HIM ALONE XD

    lol

  • kinda wierd

  • ive seen that befour but ive never seen it touch the ground

  • That's exactly what a funnel cloud is...it never touches the ground. Just a cloud shaped like a funnel

  • all tornadoes begin as funnel clouds, so a lot of them actually do touch down.

  • No not all tornadoes. Some tornadoes have no visible condensation funnel. Only a dust swirl at the ground indicates their presence.

  • I love watching them form, dunno why though...

  • I'm intrested in tornados too, but there was a guy or a girl who says that the tornado moving away from him, bad idea not to hide 'cause a tornado can change his way in a few seconds!!! A big Hi from Germany :P

  • thats something i've always wanted to see since i was little, i was intrested in tornados

  • Holy crap! That must be awesome!

  • nice video, you can really see the rotation when you fast forward the vid. You were in the perfect spot, u didnt need to hide cause it was movin away from you.

  • What's the point of hiding and cowering in fear when the tornado don't even touch ground, silly??? LOL

  • yo it was liek a freaknig f-5 duck hold and fucknig cover lol but f-0 through f2 i wouldnt

  • the F scale is determined by damage and not size

  • ive done the same thing and watch it touch down....damnit y didnt i get it on film! lol kool vid

  • crap

  • why didnt u HIIIIDE?! ha
