My first memories are of Wisconsin, and locals told us the wildlife held up but a lot of people died falling through ice and stuff, trying to get at it. Most Americans (many others, too) cannot even pluck and gut poultry, let alone hunt or fish or grow or anything. I worry about preppers, even if they are armed. It is likely to be an all out war. For food and supplies.
