Can someone explain to me the whole CM Punk - Chikara history?

Here he's wrestling for them, and on the chikara website it says he used to train people in Chikara, so why then did Chikara mock CM Punk and Colt Cabana by having CP Munk and Colt CaBunny? And I heard that Punk said in an interview that he's not phased by Chikara's mocking of him because he knows no one in the company will amount to anything?

Doesn't add up to me.
