is it okay to keep rabbits in 55 degree or more because i am getting two very soon.like in one day.i am going to keep them in my garage where it stays around 55 degrees in winter and whatever it is outside in summer which is usually no more than 75 degrees.-usually

@piewackit444 those temps sound ok but when its really cold i would give them a wood box or something with shavings so they can stay warm, the only problem here is when it gets too hot we have to freeze big bottles of water and put them in the cages and make sure they always have shade or they will die from extreme heat.

Thanks for the tip. I will get this litter of surplus bunnies from my neighbor, and I think I will leave them in the box outside in the Texas sun, Must animals are seriously tough here, but they avoid the heat when they can.

@piewackit444 we also have to make sure not to keep them just on wire but to always have something in the cage for their feet to be on so their feet dont get sore and infected. i use straw because mine are outside
