Yeah, America has good population growth, even among its core population. Unfortunately, the whole suburbia concept is a catastrophe that will only get worse due to poor urban planning. Good thing the houses are built using an "impermanent" method, because at some point everything will need to be bulldozed and redesigned.
As for Europe, fortunately there is reasonably good urban planning. Nevertheless, I wouldn't mind seeing a gradual population decline . Too many people! :-)

yes, that IS war! but why are we there? we were lied into invading iraq. now we look for a boogeyman named bin laden who is dead according to benazir bhutto who was killed for uttering this truth. but we cannot let this be widely known. otherwise people might not support this unending war of aggression. pat tillman got to afghanistan only to find that the poppy fields were being guarded by tribal chiefs with private armies funded by the u.s. guess thats why he took 3 in the face at close range

true, its all about the oil these days. we invade Afghanistan and Iraq, set up the oil production, then introduce them to the world market. The Russians bomb the planned pipe line in Georgia to the black sea for markets in Europe. Oil builds economies. I'm not comfortable with it but that's the truth today. We want as much control over it as everyone else, but seeing some of the things all countries are willing to do to control it, it's not right. Vive la Liberty here at home and everywhere.

yeah it all came into focus when drones started bombing tribal areas in pakistan. obama needs that pipeline to run through pakistan so obama needs to assure control of the area. but yes, Vive la Liberty!
