The noise cames from the Driver of the Motors. Maybe the Blade is braked by DC-Current in this moment....
I think that GE would not be so lucky, that you show's the hub here on Youtube!

What the heck is that high pitch noise? Is there any way to mitigate it? Have you ever been down to the Lost Creek site in Missouri? Just a short hop south of the MO / IA Boarder. Thanks for the great videos.
