It's possible mulitplayer will come later as a download, and i wouldn't put your hopes up for a mp4; this is the last one, well, in the prime storyline anyway.

that would be a hefty download for the wii's memory. if there is gonna be multiplayer, it's gonna come with the game disk.

Game looks awesome. I was going to buy this until I found out that there would be no online play. It's going to have to be really good for me to buy it now.

well, the original halo didn't have online and did well.

don't worry, this game ranks just as high as the others. it doesn't <i>need</i> online

ya but halo had split screen multiplayer and system link that would have at least been fun for metroid.

local multiplayer, yes. i guess mp just is more of a single player game with it's action/adventure-type gameplay. if they make mp4 they seriously need to include online or multiplayer.

this is going to be great. it's looks pretty fluid and i hope that they nailed the FPS and that this is nowhere comparable to other FPS efforts on this console.

they said it has perfect controls, and both reggie and ign said it has the best controls of any fps to date. the back story seems interesting, the game runs at a constant 60fps without a single rate drop, it's all good.

The only bad thing they said is it wasn't hyped enough...

and that the official metroid dot com didn't mention corruption at all, but really corruption is the homepage.

he also said nintendo's ignoring the game when really it's getting many new videos every week, and VC metroid releases are gonna surround this game. not to mention this video got 700 views in 5 days.

the announcement included in small print at the border of the videos window that the game is comming the 28. i'm going with what nintendo said now and not 3 weeks ago.

it's in the channel. if you have a wii, download it for free from the wii ware section in the shop channel. other than that, i guess no one changed their minds.
