Nice job. I absolutely loathe cheese myself and I have had similar problems in relating to other people about it. I do know how to say "without cheese" in many languages and have found countless substitutes for it. The taste, smell, texture, and process is all disgusting but you are not alone!! I feel the same way, though I do eat mozzerella (only) on pizza and sweetened cheese, as in cream-cheese frosting and cheesecake. Stragely, I am not only not Asian, I am 100% of Italian descent (and my dad is as bad as I am).

Two cheeses to try: Delice de Bourgogne and Epoisses. People call them stinky, but I think they are just very salty--way more tolerable than cheddar, jack, or provolone. I was ~26/27 when I discovered them, and they are the only cheeses my taste buds can tolerate.

No!!! It's the same with me... I hate cheese, but I love pizza as well. I guess the toppings and the tomato paste completely eradicate the nasty cheese flavor. I remember when I was little I frequently went to this pizza place where they knew me and would make cheese-less pizza just for me! =) After they went out of business, I had to learn how to eat pizza with cheese.
