I'm just saying that information you are providing in this video is wrong and misleading, FoxyProxy is great add-on but it WONT speed up browsing in any way just by installing it and using "default" config.

This has got to be a joke.

Using Foxy-Proxy as the video demonstrated will literally do nothing.

Foxy-Proxy won't speed up Firefox, that is not what it does.

A proxy, is server through which you can indirectly connect to websites. For example if a school or college has block a site you could use a proxy to get access to the site.

A proxy will only be as fast as your default connection, but will often be much slower.

Using a proxy server is not going to speed up the connection. A direct connection will work far better.
