Is it normal to have oil drip out of the cam chain tensioner?

So to tighten cam chain, I turn bolt clockwise or counterclockwise?

you would want to turn clockwise

while yr at it and the engine is cold you might as well do the tappets - since they produce most of the noise!! NEVER overtightened ANY BOLTS on this bike - they snap off - you have been warned!!

i adjusted the valves the day before and i also said to make sure the engine is stone cold i have wrenched on this bike off and on now and i have never had a bolt snap on me yet but common sense is never over tighten any bolt

My cam chain tentioner bold is leaking oil. what does this mean and is it an easy fix. iv already tried tightening it.
