I just want to travel to places like this and get in the back country and see sites w/ the ranges and traveling by rail would be amazing!

At its height, Sarajevo was the biggest and most important Ottoman city in the Balkans after Istanbul itself. By 1660, the population of Sarajevo was estimated to be over 80,000. Comparatively, Belgrade in 1838 had a mere 12,963 inhabitants, and Zagreb as late as 1851 had a lowly 14,000 people. If Sarajevo's fortune would have prevailed until 1700, it would have been the 10th biggest city in Europe
Sarajevo became one of the most advanced cities in Europe. In a time when education was merely for the wealthy, and most Europeans considered baths to be unhealthy, Sarajlija's were among the cleanest and most culturally advanced commoners on the continent. A famous Sarajevan poet of the time wrote, "There it seems to man that he can live for a long time, for in a thousand places in Sarajevo flows water from the well of longevity".
Interesting video..Been on this line a few times during visits to Montenegro..great views in the Moraca canyon between Kolasin and Podgorica. There was a very bad accident on this line a few years ago near Podgorica..I saw it on the news back in Wales..I remember thinking it could have been me..it didn't derail and fall into the canyon fortunately or it could have been even worse..that wouldn't stop me taking the train again..it was a great journey.
secam se kako sam ustala u 6 ujutru i pogledala kroz prozor i ostala tako jos sat vremena: rana jesen, gore u planinama nesto snega i inja po liscu, ima neka hidro-elektrana izjutra fantasticna...
I admit - great spot!!! But one critic I have to give: in your main description of the video, you wrote Lake Shkoder, which is wrong! I am not nactionalist or something else, but you have to wrote normaly Lake Skadar or Lake Skutari/Skutari Lake! Only constructive critic ok?! Best regards

The line is around 450 km long (290 mi). An impressive fact is that there are about 230 tunnels and 200 bridges on the line.

skadar not shkoder

well it would be called skadar if it was near belgrade, but town Shkoder is in Albania, therefore it is called shkoder.

Nice, but the lake is called Shkoder indeed, because of the Albanian town to which it takes its name from.
