  • the last bit was so funny with the spoon n forl ..looool

  • so funny....its impossible to generalize anything about india...given the vast expanse of India, anything can be just one of the many indian things..and this is just one of the indian styles...

  • so funny

  • thats so grose do they even wash their hands?

  • @cvkim yes in diarhhoea

  • Its shame that humans need a video to teach how to use their hand....lol

  • @pravicpu The true shame is that one won't understand the different cultures from his. "lol" is the word for you, indeed.

  • @hypershinza its not a culture at all, this is necessity, we are eating since million of yrs with hand. Now we have mony to make or to buy the instruments for eating. India kept that system until today due to eighty percent pvoerty, poor people cant buy and then to keep them clean , need money again. No upper class eat with hands anymore.

  • @pravicpu

The man in this video is wrong in many aspects as far as eating Indian food is concerned.

Spoon is very much a part of Indian dining etiquette since ancient times.

A knife was never required to eat Indian food because Indian food is made in such a way that it is cut while it is being made. You don't need to cut it while eating.

If you need to cut something on the table while dining then it is not Indian food.

Take a look at Etiquette_of_Indian_dining on wikipedia

  • nice<< :-)

  • bhahut acha khana...lol

  • that's good, now I am not going to be that embarrassed when in the future go to an Indian restaurant and try the Indian style, tx.
