Ravi has good voice depth and a great musical soul within himself !.
His compostion talent is a secondary thing, may be good or sub-par, depends what kind of music he wants to compose, reminds me of Mellisai from the All India Radio in my early days, he should concentrate in singing at first, before composing.
About his brother, semi-knowledge is sometimes too good, the whole music world is open to you, catch on to something stanch, you will excel in that , you never know. All the best !
