With Talim's fighting style, while standing still, you hold down B+K (Triangle+Circle for PS3, I'm guessing Y+X for Xbox 360) to Falcon Punch.

Also, yours can only do the moves during Critical Finish, whereas mine can Falcon Punch anytime.

Can do them outside critical finish just has no flame effect from what i've seen so far. And just like in the Smash series the punch is too avoidable.
