One of my all time favorite singers. I saw live in concert once Anita is a class act. To this day I still dont think she has truly gotten the recognition she deserves. I hope she records again .

This makes ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE AT ALL! I really miss the time when singers could ... ahem ... sing. And Ms. Baker SANG. I was at this concert. It was pretty ridiculous ... she clearly had left her body and was channeling something. At one point, I don't even think she knew we were there. She did this thing with her voice where she kept scatting through the words -- in her trademark "don't really understand what she's saying, but it sounds hella good." She absolutely killed body and soul.
