"now we are going to be a bit naughty" ahhahahahahahhahahahah that cracked me up oh and thank you so much!!! that looks easy and tasty I'll try it tonight
Thanks for this video. I always take skin off of salmon before I cook. Makes it easier to eat. I also add lemon slices and little butter, just for taste.
Yup, I'm from England ... but as a courtesy to my American cousins, I pronounced it the American way (after all I was cooking your excellent Alaskan salmon).
I'm craving fish so that's why I'm here. *note that I can't drive to get some sadly* I wanna be 16 already

@ew1ns No, Euorpeans say AL-LEW-MIN-NEE-UM, they pronounce a syllable that's not there, right?
In fact, there is a song about that pronounciation difference by the Super Furry Animals.

@smokeemonkee They spell it differently, they don't pronounce a syllable that's not there.

can i do this to a steak a salmon steak?
brandiwinters66 2 years ago
no crispy skin though-I would fry the skin side first, then steam it in this way
sjrickard2008 2 years ago
That's silly. If you fry the fish and then steam it, any crispiness will get soggy from the water vapor.
hiimhoan 2 years ago
Perhaps steam it first...and then fry it.

I've done this dish. Except I like to squeeze some lemon juice over the salmon in addition to garlic salt before placing it in the oven. Yum!
