We still have a old theater still standing in utah its the Villa Theatre opened in 1949 and it had stadium seating from the start, but today it is now a premium rug gallery the lights dont glitter no more cause there is no reason for them to run. and it is open to the public.
I am so grateful for what you have posted here. I got a chance to see the Fox in Atlanta Ga and grew up around the Paramount Palm Beach Florida. I love old movie palaces and wish they would quit tearing them down. The movie places of today are nothing what they used to be. Thank you !

It's funny, the clip starting at 9:41 is not even a silent movie. It's actually a scene from the Three Stooges Short "False Alarms" released in 1936.
