What a load of bollocks. Why the hell were his eyes all bright at 2.35. That looked totally fake. There's a video on here of the original (on the right) uploaded by retroman48. That version looked FAR more real. This is the sort of fake looking shit we end up with when people try to "remaster" something. I've seen it on so many DVDs. I'm all for making the picture look clearer but leave it at that. Don't start pissing around with the effects & music. Leave the original EXACTLY as it was.
I wonder if Hollywood has a better way to simulate blowouts. Real blowouts don't explode with a burst of flame. Hmmm...maybe someone shot out the tire with an incediary bullet.
Sorry for having an opinion gentlemen, I'll keep my mouth shut from now on. Wait...NO I WON'T... go watch that episode of the Bionic Man fighting Big Foot and tell me how that one holds up, or your average episode of Buck Rogers, or maybe a choice episode of the original Spider-Man TV show. Fucking garbage. I didn't say ALL TV shows back then, but I'm not also a slave to nostalgia. PLUS, I was complimenting this clip, geniuses. There was crap then, there's crap now. THIS HOLDS UP is what I said.
@crizzy71 Good drama is good drama and the Hulk series had it though like most long running shows it had its lowpoints. Buck Rogers, Spiderman, Captain America, were examples of bad shows that many use to say all sci fi or superhero fare garbage. Sadly the Hulk was turned into that crap with the return movies. As for Austinvs bigfoot, those fights did lack. I read once that Andre(Bigfoot1) really roughed up Majors. So maybe they cut it short to save Majors from more pain.
Dude, that was hysterical! I almost spit my coffee out! God that was funny! That cut paper when he was changing into the Hulk; TOO f*&%$ng funny! Thanks, man! I hope that was supposed to be funny because it sure as hell was. Man, I haven't laughed that hard in a looong time. Thanks again...
If this had been remastered with the Hulk watching George W. Bush give a speech on TV, the the veins on the Hulk's head would've engorged, gotten really big and exploded.
This was the better episode of "The Incredible Hulk" serie. A final so sad, but very romantic and well. The death in middle of the hurricane, Wow! Unforgettable. Bill Bixby and Mariette Hartley (also Lou Ferrigno), great performances.
Wonderful music of Joe Harnell. Many thanks for these memories.
thanks for putting this video on here. As a kid I was really scared of the Hulk...it seems really silly now...I wish I could watch the whole series now as an adult, lol!
These are very interesting. I think this is exactly how it would have looked had the series been made a decade later, when morphing technology was around.
This was an interesting remaster. Reminds of the Lon Chaney Jr. Days with the wolfman, when the camera would do a still shot and you would see a complete metamorphasis.
she wonders why she let him in. banner breaks in to stop her seizure, he hulks out twice, breaking everything. he hulked out in bed, she should have given him some to reverse the hulkout, but just like a cop writing a parking ticket, once you start, you can't stop.
i don't remember, but i don't think green was the first choice for hulk's color. i think it was supposed to be blue, but superman, capt. america, etc. were blue.
This is one of the scariest hulk outs...you really fear for Mariette Hartley's character. That is awesome. Universal needs to hire you to update these..

The producer's wanted him to be red, to symbolize the creature's anger, but Stan Lee objected, and eventually won out, and he stayed green.
