@Ant1Live depends on the purpose of AV, if it's only purpose is to trigger a memory of something that you've already seen multiple times already, then the quality isn't important.
If I really wanted to see it in high quality, I wouldn't be wasting my time looking for those clips on YouTube and wasting even more time bitching about it. Your problem is you want to change human nature, 5 years from now people will be still uploading poor quality clips to YT, will you still be bitching about it?

Besides, the issue has shifted. I'm not going on about the poster of the video, but the people who for some reason want to support him. Sure, I have plenty of better things to do with my life, but I'm on my leisure time and this is at least somewhat more entertaining than watching TV. :)
