I just posted a video of a conversation I had with a BoA associate after I went in to close my account and, after 3 weeks, they reinstated my account and resumed accepting transactions without my knowledge.

I just posted a video of a conversation I had with a BoA associate after I went in to close my account and, after 3 weeks, they reinstated my account and resumed accepting transactions without my knowledge.

Girl you know you can't work in a bank and do a better job than the people who have been there a long time. They don't like that. If you just would have went in there and acted like you were stupid, you would still have your job. I worked at a bank too and had a similar situation. I had supervisors actually tell me to slow down cause I was making them look bad.
