Nominations are turned in by Sept. of the previous year. He was then a senator that voted "present" 134 times, didn't accomplish anything, and somebody nominated him? Since winning the election the ONLY thing he has done is spend 800 BILLION tax payer dollars. Reasons given for him winning are "because of his initiatives to reduce nuclear arms, ease tensions with the Muslim world and stress diplomacy." Because he's the ONLY president that has ever WANTED to do those things! What a JOKE!
