but wait. so this Apollo guy they get all their "cons" from is a PROFESSIONAL THIEF? the leverage team use aliases so they dont get caught by whoevers after them. maybe im missing something but how can Apollo go on camera and offer up that he's a thief? how has he not been caught by this? lol. and how exactly is he "honored"?

@ILuvZacEfron18 Clearly if he's out there on record saying that he's a thief, then he's probably a reformed con artist, or someone who does tricks on the side, or has had some clearance from law enforcement agency. He may be a criminal informant. It's obvious that clearly there is some sort of deal between him and law enforcement, or else he wouldn't be able to run around claiming he's a thief.

They are admitting what I have said elsewhere: that this is a modified version of A-Team. The difference is that the A-Team were innocent army Vietnam veterans who worked as mercenaries to make a little money when they could. The Leverage crew are criminals-they aren't innocent.

I love this show - No question about it -but it's a direct pull from Hu$tle - down to the specific characters of the team - It fascinates me that these guys don't realize this :>

@brusktwilight Good point though I have seen very little of HUSTLE. Trust me, they realize it they just don't want to talk about it. Actually, the major influence is A-TEAM because of the major structure of the chracater types and their altruistic mission. The reason why LEVERAGE works is because these are criminals not do-gooders and they'll make a little money on the side as well.

@nyehnyi Not every show that has similar ideas is a copy from a different TV show. Leverage is its own show with a very unique style. It may have taken in ideas like most con TV shows or films, but in the end, it has its own style and chemistry that no other show can copy.

It would be so awesome if we could see the shows uncut on the DVD. There are obviously scenes that have been cut out (you saw one above on here) to save time, or for commercials and stuff. I love this show and would love for the DVD to be uncut.

I'd have to say Elliot and Hardison are my favorite characters. I don't have specific favorites, but they're the funniest and definitely the most creative of the bunch. :) I'm really in love with all the characters though, don't get me wrong. I was so bummed about "only a 14 episode contract" but they're going for a 2nd season and my day just got a hell of a lot better. :)

I agree. xD Parker is awesome. My favorite scene in any leverage episode, is when Hardison had to act gay to get into the rehab to see nate. If you haven't seen that one, you should. It's epic.
