The Frosts make $45,000 a year. Insurance per month would have been $1,200. They couldn't afford it. Now they can't get insurance at ANY price.

Kerry won among high school dropouts. There is ample evidence to show college grads outearn high school dropouts; ergo producers voted for President Bush.

I'm retired now, but during my working life, I was VERY well compensated, well enough that, as a single parent, I was able to raise my child in comfort and pay cash for that child to attend an ivy league college. Kids exit these institutions to take the best, highest paid jobs available, since they ARE the cream of the crop. And they are, for the most part, liberal. (Part of the ivy league education is an emphasis on social responsibility) Most of the kids take prestigious, highly paid jobs in the Northeast, where these jobs are located. And they earn a LOT of money.

All my friends and family are liberal. They work very hard at good jobs. I'm retired now, but during my working life, I was VERY well compensated, well enough that, as a single parent, I was able to raise my child in comfort and pay cash for that child to attend an ivy league college. Believe me, I paid my share of taxes (and still do.)
High compensation almost always involves long hours, and it was not uncommon for me to work 80 hour weeks.

For your information, I *am* among the highly compensated upper class, but as I know from family members as well as the statistics, the middle class in this country are NOT doing better. Most consider themselves worse off than when Bush took office. Under Clinton poverty dropped from a Bush Sr. high of 39 million to 31 million when Bill left office. It's risen up to 37 million under Bush!! As the poverty level dropped under Clinton so too did abortions. They've gone up every year under Bush.

SCHIP was initiated by Democratic senator Ted Kennedy and at the time first lady Hillary Clinton, as a compromise solution to Republican road blocking universal health care. Congressional democrats got enough republicans to sign on to it to pass it and signed by Bill Clinton. Here are the facts:
They make a combined income of $45,000 a year.
They live in a Baltimore rowhouse bought in 1990 for $55,000.
The kids attend private schools for the disabled, funded by government scholarships.

OK - It is not Graemes fault, that his parents are liberal bums. But why should the taxpayers foot the bill for this group of lazy liberals. If you want kids, you should be able to pay what it costs....just dont pass on the bill to everyone else.

If I go to a shop to get some shoes, I pay for them - or have to go without, if I dont have the moolah. If I go to a hospital to get surgery, same thing. I have to pay for it. Why should I be able to pass this bill to the taxpayers?? What else should they pay????? Shoes?? Food???
