Crysis Warhead graphics are better than Crysis 2, and require higher spec.

@daylyts2009 i think apple might have cheated you out of you out of your money. The hd 5770 is not a very good card for gaming, especially not for crysis as it is a mid -range card. Put a hd 6970 or gtx570 in there or if u have the money (probably b/c your using a mac) crossfire/sli them.

@daylyts2009 with your setup (12 cores O.o) I'd probably recommend a gtx 590, gtx 580, or hd 6990. Even with those cards you will probably have a rather large gpu bottleneck.

@daylyts2009 64 gb ddr3 is what you will never need. Believe me. WAY overkill. For some really intensive tasks you might be needing 16 gigs but not more. And for this game, you might want to look into a crossfire configuration or just a really nice card. If you wanna get real high fps, you might wanna get a HD 6990, or a 6950. Those are pretty fast cards. You can also choose to go the nVidia way. Crysis leans towards nvidia. IN that case get a gtx 580/590.Your call.

It also sucks to hear people who see realism as the only important factor for a game's graphics.

I absolutely hate how "good graphics" means "MOAR EFFECTS" for most people.

A consistent and characteristic artstyle is way more important. If this artstyle is realism, so let it be, but don't bash games with their own, more creative styles.

The whole issue with polygon counts is due to emulating reality. Other styles are beautiful without wasting such a high amount of resources.

But the biggest problem with your game is that almost no one has the right software updates, there's some driver incompatibility errors, and the whole thing is really buggy. The most you could boast is frame-rate, particle count, and no clipping.
