  • I don't think you need any music. I can enjoy the cooking lesson without it. I used to make rempeyek awhile ago so I was curious what was on youtube. Thanks for the demonstration. I'll try it.

    Ketumbar=ground coriander seed, then she add ground cumin. Plus whole cumin seeds for texture. Paste, which is optional, is minced dried salted fish ikan bilis or ikan teri. This is as sun-dried anchovies.

  • umm shouldn't you wait until the oil heat up properly before you put the rempeyek into the oil?? if the oil not heat up properly, the rempeyek can absorb more oil.
