I want this so bad. If I had the money I'd buy the most advanced of every thing this has to offer. Tsk tsk tsk. I wish I could. But I can't so I gotta get a different plane I guess. :( Oh well. :P
where did you get the aluminum spinner and what size is it? i know the plastic one it comes with explodes. i cant seem to find what size the spinner is. i know its 145mm but thats a little over 5.7 inches. grrrr
This friday is the best time to get one. We are having our Black Friday sale at nitroplanes . com. When it hits midnight, you can get massive savings.

UPS needs to reimburse you. There is no excuse for mishandling of shipment. It would take a lot to break the product inside with all that foam inside. I hope everything works out for you.
Waiting for the custome spinner [by Ty on RCU] for mine. Lots of detail on this bird and she is a beauty! Can't wait to fly mine. I followed your video build and used all the options you suggested. Everything worked out perfectly. So glad to see yours in the air. Thanks SO MUCH for the build videos. They were a great help [and a great marketing tool]. It's one reason I decided to buy one.
thank you so much for your support and I'll be doing some more project this fall and over the winter. I hope these videos are helpful and entertaining.
HOW TO MAKE A PERFECT WARBIRD LANDING. Observe 2 missed approach landings due to a high idle adjustment, so go around reducing the idle adjustment to achieve the proper idle for landing'; note to fast and you take the risk of damaging the gear, to slow and the tail drops and damage will occure when it stall out, I've tryed to demonstraite the proper technique for successful warbird flying habbits. I hope this helps
hello, I have order the same plane...but I've got a small question: what kind of landing gear it is on your plane????can you tell me where you bought it??? very great job .....
of course, I decided to use the robart 550 series with the 90 degree rotation which best resembles the actual ones used on the full scale aircraft. These retracts utilize their 7/16 robostruts. When you get them just cut them down to size and these work GREAT! I'm using the same ones on the big mustange I'm doing as well.
I'd like to thank you and everyone for your comments, this bird doens't have any bad habbits and is a real thrill to fly, just make sure that you have a nice low reliable idle and make your approaches to landing level and try not to let the tail drop. This really is an impressive aircraft.
Got this plane, building now, with a 1.80 4 Stroke, added lights as well. Plane looks awesome as hell, will maiden in a couple of weekends.

not to nitpick or anything BUT... the 109 was a fighter/interceptor not a bomber ;-) but a very nice model nonetheless. 5 stars
