@Trippy it is your alternator it feels like the battery because the car will start when you turn the key but after a minute you will have problems accelerating steering and all the sensors for speed and rpms will fail. Most likely it will need to be replaced rather than repaired but I would go for replacement over repair due to the cost of repair being significantly higher.

@ltrebl Hyundais are reliable, if you take care of them like you should, many people don't and are surprised when they break. I owned a Hyundai Accent for 5 years, NO PROBLEMS! all that broke was the rear suspension but that's me overloading it, not the car.
