This is the overdubbed version. The original dialog is much more "Irish" sounding.

"Several of the original Irish actors' accents were deemed too difficult for American audiences to understand and were consequently overdubbed with easier-to-understand voices, possibly from different voice actors. The original soundtrack also contains some dialogue in Irish which was subsequently changed in the overdubbed version to English alternatives." - wikipedia

the banshee was a source of the majority of my nightmares. I distinctly remember having a dream when I was about 6 were I was playing outside and the banshee came and grabbed me and flew me away, and that was the only time I have ever woken up screaming. But now that I am older I have made it a tradition to watch this movie every st patricks day. I must say though that the banshee is very scary.

Wow, I actually remembered some of the song the Leprechaun King sang, and I watched this when I was a little kid. Glad I could find it again. A big 'ol rush of nostalgia is pretty nice.

i loved this movie until the banshee or whatever when hes warding it off with a lamp. I cried and had nightmares for ages. I watched it again and it still freaked me out from memories. I saw the whole thing and really liked it though

I own the DVD...for some reason the behind the scene stuff that shows clips uses the voiceovers, but the actual movie uses the original voices.
