If you're planning to send balikbayan boxes from abroad to the Philippines, please check first with the Philippine Shippers' Bureau - Department of Trade and Industry if the Philippine counterpart of those freight forwarding companies abroad are accredited.
I have to agree with sdamian. Besides being recorded from a television (which isn't surprising if you think about it) but it sounds like someone is having an asthma attach in the background. It becomes very unwatchable. Sorry! :-(

If you have someproblem in the audio, you can adjust your settings, including your volume control.
