u take one test pen then u open on left side small cover then 3 wire and 1 wire with red colors u open. then u same fix like before. so just waiting 10 mints n will die forever :)

thats an outdoor unit for a split system air conditioner,. and if its less than 4 meters from your home then they have gone against building regulations,. see you council planning officer
