It says top ten mobile quarterbacks. Michael Vick can run very well, but he's not a good quarterback. Steve Young and Fran Tarkenton are both Hall of Fame quarterbacks who could run very well.

@TheDeathsRequiem That is a lie. Look at him now that he has good WR's and a coach who actually had him be pass first. He is a good passer now, and always had the ability to be one. It was just in ATL he was coached to be a runner because other than him a RB and a TE that offense was horrible. Terrible Line, WR's with no hands. So he had to run. and Compt Pct is overrated. Most Qb's have it inflated with check downs. In ATL Vick was a check down. Instead of a 2 yd pass, he ran for 15 yds.

@GTAMoviesAndFlix Can you name a great receiver that Tarkenton had? How about his line? The fact that he had to run around so much shows that his line was terrible. He went to the shitty Giants and made them relevant again. You can't seriously tell me that Completion PCT means nothing. The stat may be inflated, but 40% completion? That's pretty bad. Tarkenton retired as the NFL's all time leading passer and is a top 10 QB. I may be too hard on Vick, but Young and Tarkenton are better.

@TheDeathsRequiem I'll give you that. But young had Rice and T.O. And a 40% is bad obviously, but vick was at like 55-56 in his ATL days. With terrible WR's, he just didn't throw the check downs that pad that stat. It can be an overrated stat at times. Most of Vick's throws were deep passes too. ATl wanted him to run and throw it deep basically. So that is going to give you a low comp %. But he didn't throw many picks in ATL either. To me Vick is the best mobile QB ever.
