He left the sword there and visit it occasionally to remind himself of his own failures: letting Zack die, failing to carry on his legacy and failing to protect Aerith. yo i cried at the end for 2 reason for not being able to save zack from dying i used alot of elixirs and i used phoenix downs didnt work and for how emotional that was i really wanted him to live like he had a bad voice actor but it was pretty good in this game and angeal was amazing and imagine how much more aeris death scene would make you cry if they remade ff7

It was really sad how zack died , and telling Cloud to live both there lives and zack was really young and not seeing aris for so long and her sending him letters and not be able to read one , and they were so close to finding him but Just fought for Cloud

The last fights are unfair... The one with hundreds of soldiers could've been over in a flash, just cast Ultima. The last one vs three looked kinda stupid, as the soldiers were hitting 0's on me and I was pwning them, yet apparently I died with 99'999 HP. -.- Maybe they should've made an alternate ending where if you do beat the soldiers something else comes along.. Assuming Zack has to die for the story to be able to continue. Or some secret boss :)
