  • I just read cities of the plain... Apparently in film production too. Your analysis of ncfom legitimately questions how far our suspension of disbelief...the sudden plot death of moss and uncertain presence of chigur in the room..were problematic to say the least, love the Burwell soundtrack at the end of your video..by the way forgive my 3 hour literary criticism audio.

  • @douglassmcann I really couldn't get into the exaggerated movement of the movie, the slow pace, and the fact that they turned a psychopath into a gibberish speaking weirdo. Not too frightening a guy for me, the way they wrote him, especially since he was supposed to be the whole movie. Too much thrown in too short a span of time and they missed the purpose of the book. Thank you for your commentary.

  • I understand you're opinion but I personally liked this movie. Not a great movie but I liked it. I love Tommy lee jones voice over intro and that this movie has more than just the surface.

  • @webermowdown That's fine. I appreciate your opinion. People take my knocks against movies as knocks against them. I appreciate a nice, well thought out, honest, and mature opinion. Thank you again.

  • you suck

  • @slashslayer55 You are absolutely, 100% accurate, according to me.

  • You have shitty taste.

  • Everything about this movie went over your head. You should not review ever.

  • something makes me think you don't understand this is a movie.

  • @perleatsworld I guess so since everyone's lost their minds about my review of it. I never thought I could stir mass hysteria.

  • The only reason why I watched this video was so I could see the clips of the awesome movie which I am now going to have to re-rent and watch it again for Javier Bardem's sake.

  • Horrible review. Don't bother watching.

  • Dude you're an unfunny fag and you don't understand the movie. The conversation in the gas station was incredibly intense.

  • 0:18 Stopped there. After I heard "He loves Lady Gaga" And was informed that this video thrashes No Country For Old Men. I stopped.

  • @Terrax1 Come on; Lady Gaga is hot. Well, she was before all of the tattoos and weirdness.

  • I fucking hated this movie, wasted money seeing this in the theater because I am a fool for listening to these pretentious critics...

  • @tedescowned Thank you for your support, my friend. I appreciate it. Apparently, anything with cowboys is good enough for others.

  • You have bad taste in absolutely everything.

  • @darthkinser

no he doesn't. he's just not a snobby self righteous pretentious hipster like yourself.

  • @darthkinser I like Star Wars. I'd assume you could appreciate that, considering your username.

  • Carmine Distefano: The Italian hitman.

  • @tedescowned Thanks.

  • Please kill yourself.

  • How can someone not understand a plot this badly.

  • My brain just fell out of my head. The worst part about this video is that this douche actually thinks he's funny.

  • Does this douchebag actually think he's funny?

  • wow dude your review of this film sucks fucking cock--you new york wop kyke faggot. So basically you didn't understand the film and you make a review talking for 10 minutes about how and why you dont get it? GO fuck yourself you fucking retard. Watch Crank if you don't like films like this you dumb fuck.

  • I don't understand what your problem with the movie was, all you did for 10 minutes was describe the plot loudly.

  • @videonerd250 Not all of it was loud. Basically, my problem with the movie was there were elements in the book it didn't touch up on: i.e. Tommy Lee Jones' character's guilt that stemmed from his duty in WWII. Tommy Lee was barely in the movie and the movie was supposed to be about him and his dilemma as his career winded down to its end. That sort of got thrown in there while we watched the killer track Luelen only so they could meet once and that's it.

  • @videonerd250 I just didn't appreciate elements from the book that were missed: i.e. Tommy Lee Jones' character's guilt that stems from his experience in WWII. There was also his retirement that was the main focus of the book that was thrown in there. This movie was involved too deeply in two characters that only met once and ultimately had their conflict left unresolved seeing as how Luelen was killed by gangsters. There are other issues, but either way, thank you for the comment.

  • @CDTheBookMan >Luelen

    wat

  • @videonerd250

    so true

  • I thought I liked this movie, but after you explained in explicit detail why it's bad, I hate it.

  • @Coopersville That's what I do: I make people hate stuff. Well, not all the time. Thanks for the comment.

  • @Coopersville That's what I do: I make people hate stuff. Well, not everything. Thanks for the comment.

  • YOU ARE A GOOFY MORON!

  • i have to 100% agree with your opinion on this film i saw it and now i want my $5 and 2hrs back.

  • Yeah, this movie was just an abomination. It made me angry thinking about its success.

  • your so wrong about this film ,i love to know what think of the other coen brothers films IE blood simple

  • I never saw them.

  • Sorry to say it, but I pretty much like this movie, especially the bad guy

  • That's quite alright. You don't have to agree with me. I thought he did a good job, but the script left me flat. If you got more out of it than I did, you're probably a wiser person than I.

  • You are not funny dude.

  • I love this movie ... but then again ... us .. disagree??? never

  • It didn't have any English accents or Brad Pitt and you still love it?

  • How can there be plot holes? The Mexican mob made off with the money after they tracked Llewelyn with a tracking device similar to what Chigurh had. Chigurh fails to retrieve the money, and Bell fails to catch him. Its really not that hard to understand. just because its not a generic thriller plot doesn't mean the narrative is full of holes. This is a terrible review and you are very unfunny.

  • Hahaaha, funny stuff you got there :P Nice videos.

  • Thanks.

  • The irony is, that i just turned the TV on , and guess which movie came?

Yep that's right, this very same one.

  • They show this movie all the time now.

  • i think ill just shit in a dvd box and win an academy award too being that that's the requirement.

  • It more or less is.

  • You almost convinced me that the movie was horrible.. almost. "Are you f@#kin' kidding me!?" LoL

  • This movie was horrible.
