I still can't figure out how to make a picture in my picture directory into a background for this.

is it possible to get rid of all the etc pics and make your own sites and etc pop there?

erm... it show all "searched pics.. from like google flickr ,photobucj´ket... youtube as a video seed too
but im hoping it to show ur own pics too...
