  • Women don't bulk up if they lift heavy weights. We don't have enough testosterone. If you lift heavy weight you will gain more muscle but not enough to make you look huge and bulky like a guy, it just enables you to get stronger not bulkier

  • anyway me im a guy so i do like 4-6 exercise for the big muscles and 2-4 exercise for the small muscle doing 4 sets each set i will do 10-8-6-4 reps and putting more weight each set thats when im looking to bulk up but the 2nd phase of my treaining im trying to get toned so i do the same thing exept that during the 4 sets ill use the same weight doing between 12-15 reps each and each phase are lasting like 6 months each

  • Only if you're eating more calories than you burn. If there are no calories to build muscle, it won't happen.

    Girls that bulk up just need to eat less, unless they want to be bulky.

    This girls in this video I think her boobs were bigger before she started working out like this.

  • right away they will look smaller, but that is because your muscles have been tightened up from the workout. after you stretch and stuff they'll be bigger because the pectoral muscles underneath will get bigger

  • You engage your core muscles more when you do one arm at a time.

  • from what i undertsand it helps the core muscles, as it is more demanding on ur balance, due to the weight being uneven on the different sides of ur body.

    the ground is good for beginners to make sure they don't over-extend. Once you get used to it, putting something behind your shoulder blades helps to get full range of motion and reduces how much you can cheat on the workout.

  • that would greatly reduce your range of motion and thus the amount of work your pectorals and deltoids are doing

  • The push ups that you're talking about are for faster punches, used primarily by martial artists. In fact, if you can lift your upper body off the floor and control your descent by gently going down by the time you land, you'll get the best results.
