He killed a greater per capita number of people in areas he controlled than Stalin or Mao, but those two killed more total people. But if it's proportionate to population size, then Pol Pot easily has Hitler outmatched. But seriously, when you're talking about evil of that degree, any ranking is near meaningless.

I love this. As an American I'm shocked when people use Hitler's name with no concept of the horrible things he did. They sell favors to industry (big pharma, big oil, tobacco, agri-industries, defense, etc) to raise funds to pay for their next campaigns. This is classic fascism. They then redistribute money and political favor to large groups (the poor, unions, teachers, racial groups, religious groups, etc.) to gain votes in the next election. This is classic socialism.
