  • what u think on Diacneal from Avene

  • Just came found you on youtube and love you vids. You're a fun gal and the toothbrush idea, so simple.

  • @patuxent01 Thank You and Welcome! I'm happy you're here. xo

  • I use strivectin. I recommend it for anyone with skin sensitivities.

  • you are very sweet and motivating. Should have more people like you ;)

  • what size is that tube of strivectin?

  • Please, please tell me where I can buy Lumedia? Is it gone for good? I heard it was discontinued. And if so, when yours runs out, (and it eventually will,) what will you substitute for it? Thank you for all of your great videos, I want to try all of your suggestions!

  • @pattifudge Bremmen labs has come out with a new product that has both Lumedia and the stivectin formulas as well as other components and I hear it's wonderful. When my stash runs out, I will try it and let you know. Bremmen labs does an amazing job. My skin is better now than it was when I was in my 30's!

  • Also-- thank you for your words at the end. I really needed to hear that today. I want to cry. Just had one of those days. You are a special person. Hugs!

  • @VictoriasRoses I hope everything is ok now. ~Hugs xo

  • @lanaindiana Yes thank you a very sad day for me that day. You are one of the most kindest people Lana. I have to tell you I went out and I bought Strivectin. It has been a week and I notice the difference already. I bought the Strivectin resurfacing, for the eyes, and for the face in a kit from Sephora. Then I went to Costco and they have the large tubes like you have in a kit for 2 @ $136.00 I believe.. Thank you Lana for all of your wonderful tips. Hugs! Becki

  • @VictoriasRoses Becki~ If you see such good results in a week, just wait for a year! I have been using Strivetin for over 2 years and my skin is just amazing! I get compliments daily. It improves skin color and tone. I love the stuff!

I will have to check Costco for that bargain. Thank You!

    xo

  • I am so happy to have re-found this video. I am going to TJMaxx!! :) Thank you for your video. :) Have a wonderful week Lana!

  • Been looking at the Strivectin on QVC and wondered if it was all hype but I trust your judgement so will give it a go I reckon. What is the best for a turkey neck? Wrinkles are not my problem but slacking is getting jowels and the dreaded turkey neck. I bought a neck toner thing you know those electrocution things lol but I can never find the right spot to work the muscle lol any tips on products that may help? :0) xxxJoolsxxx

  • i know you will make that goal!! U go, girl!

  • Hi Lana. I checked TJMaxx and no Lumedia. I also checked Sehora. Where do you buy it?.

  • Hi Lana - I am following your routine, and liking the results. But did you know that Lemedia is discontinued! eeak!!! I had to share! Thanks,....

  • @jatieann I know! I'm freaking out! I did hear that Strivectin is coming out with a new product called 6 in 1 or something. It's supposed to really be good. I will have to try it and let you know. smooches

  • Im 44 years old...combination skin...sensetive as well....do you reccommend the strivectin and lumedia? ive been curious about the strivectin for awhile now...and I have noticed some spots on my face....(sun spots)

Lumedia over strivectin? OR Both? : )

  • @TheMagic66 Both!

Strivectin is coming out with a new product called 6 in 1 that has both ingredients and more so I am excited to try it and see results. xox

  • Great video, thanks for posting it. Do you know of any lotions for the body that would have the same effect as Lumedia?

  • i love this!!! you are super good-spirited

  • @idontknowkarate Thank You Love xox

  • Hi Lana

Do you use the Estee Lauder Soft Clean Moisture Rich Foaming Cleanser or the

Soft Clean Tender Creme Cleanser ??

  • @Bellaud Helllo!

I've used both. The EL line agrees with my skin type. Right now I am using the Tender Creme and love it. xox

  • what a cute idea! Nice vid.

    Stay glam!

  • Lana~ do you charge the toothbrush, turn it on and then use it?

  • I don't even use the electric part of it at all. You can use just a reg manual toothbrush and it will do the exact same job. I still use mine at least once a week and love it!

  • Great video!!! Do you apply the Strivectin all over your face or just around the eyes?

  • Thank You!

I use it all over twice a day as a moisturizer and it is a skin corrector. I saw noticable improvement in my skin tone and texture in 2 weeks!

  • AWE... we dont have TJ MAX here in HAWAII :( ill stop @ a TJ MAX store on my nxt trip to VEGAS & buy a couple tubes of LUMEIDA.

ive used striVectin-SD eyecream for 4yrs & luv it!!!

been using SONICARE toothbrush for 12yrs & will never use a traditional toothbrush again.

when i heard that SONICARE came out w/CLARSONIC facial brush i ran out i bought one right away. i LUV both products!

  • So, cleansing, toneing, then Lumedia/striVectinSD in place of a moist? then would you recommend a sunscreen?

  • yes and yes!

  • your so sweet! thanks lana :) very inspirational!

  • I totally agree with you.......never give up!! :)

  • Lana, I love you. You truly ARE inspirational. I have always wanted to try the strivectin ( and had never heard of the lumedia ) I am gonna sneak to TJmaxx and ( fingers crossed ) noone has found out about it. LOL.....You are beautiful!

  • I appreciate the tips. Your very lovely and sweet.

  • Great job on all your videos!!! Thanks for the tips on skin care ;)

  • Thanks also for the TJ Max tip! I just made a trip there just for the lumedia and got 3 3oz tubes for just $19.99 each! I must say you are my first subscription and I am so excited to see you other beauty tips! Thanks so much!!!

  • Thanks so much for the TJ Maxx tip! I snatched up 3 tubes today...2 were $16 and 1 one was $10!!!! That is amazing. Thank you so much for the "love potion" recipe Lana!

  • You will LOVE that stuff! I just began to find it a TJ Maxx as well and buy it up as i see it. My son even uses it!

    Your face will GLOW xoxoox

I really want to but never seem to take the time. My toothbrush works so well for me. gives your face that sunny glow and cleanses like a dream.

PS. The Lumedia can be found at TJMaxx for $20!!!! I was paying $90 for it!!! *faint*

  • I purchased the lumedia for $20 at tjmaxx .

  • I went to my local TJMaxx and bought all they had after u told me this!!! $20! I about fainted as I was spending $90.

    Thank You Thank you!

  • great vid. been debating whether to get the strivectin and i think you have sold me on it! keep on keeping on hon you are rocking it. x

  • Oh, it's sooo worth the money and it's a really large tube. You will see better tone and texture in your skin in 2 weeks! I love the stuff!

PS. Let me know how you like it... Love

  • Hi lana I just started watching your videos...I love the message at the end of your videos...as women we should never give up in any sense of the way. I was at a point that I had given up on my skin (im 24) and i still get acne and i have horrible acne scars and discoloration, but ive decided that i need to keep trying to find a solution for those problems in the mean time ill keep wearing my foundation and keep looking the best that i can...thanks

  • Hello and YAY for you! Don't EVER give up. You are so worth being the best you can be. at 24, you will only get more beautiful as you get older so WORK it!

    Love xoxox

PS. Thank You for this sweet comment.

  • Hi Lana, thanks for this great video. I have been using the Lumedia cream and I thank you for your recommendation. I have just ordered the Strivectin today from Strawberry Net for $96 !! Looking forwarding to receiving and using this product. Thanks for all your wonderful beauty tips and advice. Best Wishes to you JA x

  • You will LOVE the combonation of those two products together. I saw results in 2 weeks and use both faithfully.

    xoxox

  • Thank u for ur kind words, Lana! I did have a good laugh today...watching Izzy's workout/crazy vid. I have just started therapy recently. Since watching u & a few other gurus here on utube, I have noticed little changes in me..little improvements starting. I wore makeup today for the first time in months. I think with continued inspiration from utube & a positive mindset, I will get better.

  • I hope you are still improving day by day. Keep at it! You are SO worth it! xoxo

  • I wish I had what u do. I wish I could care about my skin. I will turn 35, but my skin is horrible. I've been in a depression, caused by 6 painful surgeries. My husband left me & my son was diagnosed with mental illness, & taken to live in a special facility. I've had no reason to care. I do love your vids with your pretty smile.

  • Oh, Girl... I'm so sorry BUT... You still need to care about you! Your son's mental ilness isn't the end of the world and especially not the end of YOUR world. Get yourself together and live life! For YOU!

It's not your fault your husband left you nor that your son has a mental illness. I know it has to be so difficult but you can overcome it. Find a group to talk to or a church. First tho... Get to work on YOU. You are so worth it! Good Luck and God Bless You! xoxoxo

  • im using estee lauder for my skin care, however i been wanting to use strivecting for the under eyes wrinkles. kinda of hessitant. do u think it would be a good idea to start that now?.

  • I think both products are great. I have just had some amazing results from the Strivectin D. It's expensive but it lasts FOREVER! I have actually used both products together and they work well. Strivectin D is so mild but effective.

    Good Luck~ xoxox

  • Week one of using the Lumedia and Strivectin-SD!!! I think I can already see a difference -- stay tuned.... ;)

  • Yay! I love the stuff!

  • Lana really is a doll! She looks gorgeously high maintenance, but she is actually down to Earth and merely taking care of herself and sharing with us how she does it! We are along for the ride, learning and falling in love along the way! **Smooches for Lana**

  • Lana, I'm glad I've found you, sister! Thanks for keeping me off that ledge. I just turned 45 and at a time when things aren't as "high and tight" as they used to be, you're living proof that a beautiful woman is a beautiful woman at any age and sexy does not have to fall by the wayside. Bless you!

  • Go Girl...

  • gosh, u look really good, way better than madonna...i hope when i get older i look half as good as u. thanks for tha tips!

  • Love you, Lana! Thank you for the tips and the speech...we all need to hear it once in a while. I've seen my mom, who's 72 now, care more than ever about her appearance (her latest favorite look is to use the Dior Show Mascara in Blue!) and it does wonders for her disposition Looking the best we can is not a luxury...it's a need.

  • Bless your mom's heart and good for her!

    I bet she's a beauty <3

  • You look fantastic. Your skin is so nice.

I wondered if someone with sensitive skin could use strivectin-sd. Because I thought about it, since I used hylexin against dark eye circles but it kind of attacked that part of my skin. It became dryer than before and started itching. :-(

  • Thank You~ I tried the under-eye cream as well and it didn't do much but I think you would LOVE the Strivectin SD. It makes your over-all skin tone and texture almost flawless!

  • Oh my god...I love the way you do your make up.. you are beautiful

  • Thank You~~Hugs

  • wow- you were talking to me haha. I hope you come out with a diet vid too!

  • WOW, what a great tool, the toothbrush! I would MUCH rather spend like 20$ then 200$ on a product to brush my face!

I will be trying that trick!

  • I use that toothbrush EVERY day! It's amazing how it makes your face GLOW~

  • loving the hair up =)

  • Estee Lauder is AMAZING. All of their products. If you guys haven't, tried, use their "Double Wear Foundation" it's sooo good.

  • This was sooo helpful Lana. Thank you! xoxo

  • You are SO Welcome! Thanks for the note~~

  • i need to research lumedia/strivectin and see if they work at preventing skin aging. i am 24 and i'd like to find a nightly product to reduce wrinkles as I age, especially bc I have the type of skin which tans super easy, without any effort at all. Its harder for me to prevent a tan than it is to get one. oh and BTW, if you have a dollar tree in ur area, they have those toothbrushes for $1, if ur going to throw them away often, its easier to buy the cheapie ones.

  • Thanks for that tip!

You may be a bit young yet for these two products but it's never too early to begin a good skin care regime. XO

  • wow!you are awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Hello again Lana, I'm 42 and need to tighten my face! I only have enough money to get one tube of something right now. Should I get Strivectin for the quickest results? Thank you soo much, your great!

  • HI!

Strivectin doesn't really tighten your skin but it does reduce wrinkles but more amazing to me, it erases all of the sun spots and damage from your face leaving it GLOWING! Pair it with Lumedia and you have results in two weeks that are amazing!

I call it "My Cocktail of Love" for my face!

  • Two weeks is pretty darn quick! Thanks for your quick reply!

  • I am SO going to get those products! I'm 21, and i'm going to do all in my power to prevent wrinkles. lol!! xD

BTW, your skin looks outstanding! It's true, you don't look your age.

  • Hey Lana. This was THE video that inspired me to join your beauty revolution.Second time I'm watching it. Love it! Thanks a million. hugs and love. : )

  • Good Morning! I have several subscribers that began using this routine and the difference in their skin on their videos is AMAZING! The Revolution has BEGUN!

    XOXO~~~

  • I was thinking of getting the Bremen upper eyelid lifter serum same company as Lumedia. Have you heard of this or tried it? Ttyl

  • Great Tip! Thanks!

  • Hi Lana! I just came across your videos I must say that you are absolutely adorable! I'm in my 30's and kinda in the "dark side" as you call it trying to creep back over and your vids have really pepped me up! I hope I look even half as good as you when I am your age! Keep up the great work!

  • Well, I am so glad you are back from that Dark Side!

    Hugs to You~~~XOXO

  • You're a gorgeous and glamorous lady, I like listening to you! You look fantastic!

  • Thank You SO Much~~~

  • Man I need to get a good job to take care of my face when I get out of college. LOL!

I want to get these products so bad!!

  • lol... never too early to start!

  • Your makeup is so pretty. My first job was selling Estee Lauder; I just love their products! You videos are great!

  • I love Estee Lauder as well.

I just learned that they bought MAC Cosmetics! Love both of those companies!

    xoxoxox

  • Very inspiring video! I just bought the Strivectin SD today, and my tube says not to get anywhere near the eyes.....do you put yours on your eyes?

  • I use it all over my face and have for years with no issues at all. I think they state that so you will buy their EYE serum but I don't think that is very effective at all. The Strivectin SD is a miracle!

    XOXO

  • hmmm...yes, I imagine they DO have an ulterior motive for selling a separate eye product. I bought this from Ulta, and it was a kit with the Strivectin SD and the Strivectin HS Serum. It's not an eye serum per se, but a serum for the whole face. Have you used that product?

  • Yes, I paid $225.00 for it and it did nothing more than if I had used Jergens lotion!

    It's pretty much worthless... imo

  • but i have gotten botx recently and its makin my eyes slotch i feel like giving up and i want to die like i hate this no freakin doctor that does my botox and and im never goign to ihm again 6 more week till my crooping brows will go back : (

  • Ouch. I hate needles too much to get Botox.

  • well i dont mind it works good for the fore head and by the eyes but i recently left the guy i use to have because he was so expensive and i went to a guy that was 60 dollars left nad he in jected wrong or somthing ugh it sucks because it usally works good in my face

  • Use a soft one but with a flat head. I use mine EVERY night but only once a day

  • How often do you use strivectin & lumedia?

  • I use them both twice a day everyday!

It seems very gentle for me. I have been using the Strivectin for over 4 years now. I bought both the eye version and the neck but they don't seem to do much. As for sensitivity, I have never had ONE issue with these two products. Used together, they are my miracle! For the neck, I just use both products. Alot of that may just be heriditary. I am seeing the same problems but I am just going to accept my age as it is and enjoy life!

    XOXO~~~

  • Hi, is it OK to use this around the eyes? I hear that some folks have a sensitivity to that near the eyes. Strivectin has an eye version and a neck version but it would be really expensive to have them all. Some folks say it gets oily. I have some sagging, crows feet and my neck is getting that turkey look with the rings and wrinkles. Is the strivectin any good for those things? What do you suggest for the neck?

    Thanks

  • where do you get these products,, thanks lana,, i love your videos,, your awesome,,

    Angel

  • Sephora, MAC, Macy's, etc.

    XOXO~~~<3

  • you are such an inspiration to me to get up and look good . Sometimes it is really hard I'm a single Mom and it is really easy to forget about me . Thank You !!!

  • Aww... I know that feeling too. I was a single mom for 22 years but remember, those darling kids of yours want their gorgeous mom to be happy and healthy too so think of YOU as well!

    Love You~~~

  • Sorry typo. Pink label?

  • Is it Strivectin-SD Intensive Concentrate for Existing Stretch Marks in oink label?

    Thanks

  • Yes, I LOVE the stuff! It works wonders for me!

    xoxoxo

  • I love your outlook on things

  • Thank You~~~XOXO

  • Which version of strivectin is it you use? I see different strivectins. I even see ones for wrinkles. Is the stretch marks one better?

    Thanks

  • I only use the Strivectin for stretch marks. It works amazing! I hae used the thermal one and it didn't do much and was twice the money.

    xoxoxo

  • Your positivity on not giving up is just awesome! I'm only 26 years old and I have been there! I'm slowing coming back from as you said "the dark side"! Its so easy to fall off and hard coming back. :)

  • Aww.. I am SO happy that you came back!

Celebrate yourself and you will be beautiful!

    Love You~~~Lana

  • Lana you are so right about not giving up. I did give up in my 30's. Had a child didn't think I had time anymore. It was a hard adjustment for me even though I love my son to bits. Now I am trying to get it back. Let me just say it is HARD to regain ground once you've lost it.

I can't totally see that you could talk someone off the ledge.

  • Well, you are on your way!!!

Welcome back from the Dark Side!

I could cross that line so easily but just plain WON'T!

    XOXO

  • I love your advice, and yeah i'm really young i'm not even in my 20's but what advice would you give for insecurities in general?

  • Darling... EVERYONE has insecurities. It is HOW you handle them. Put that gorgeous face of yours to the world and just don't let those insecurities over run your life. Get past them. We ALL put our pants on one leg at a time. We're ALL alike!

You are wonderful, STAY that way!

    Love You...XOXO

  • This Is a great video and good example

of using web 2.0 to get your videos out!

  • Lana you are too cute! Thanks for the pep talk. I'm 42 and have been so bla lately but after I saw your videos for the first time I feel like putting make up on! I have long blonde hair also and never want to cut it! I don't care what they say about age and long hair. You are so beautiful thanks for the great vids!

  • I am sooo glad you don't cut your hair!

I bet you look GORGEOUS with the makeup. Makeup is my hobby and i love wearing it, buying it and using it!

    *hug*~~~Xoxo

  • Don't forget the sun screen. Sun damage is the number one catalyst for aging skin. I'm happy to be 57 and wrinkle free thanks to good genetics and lack of sunshine in Washington State. People tend to mold here instead of wrinkle.

  • LOL@ Tend to mold here... That was tooo funny! And you are SO right!

Everyone told me I would regret all of that sun-bathing in my 20's and 30's and i sure do NOW!!!

They didn't have sunscreen back in the day.

    XOXO

  • You are too cute! I am glad I found your channel...........I am 41 and even though I love all of the channels I subscribe to.....they are all so young! I thought maybe I was too old to be obsesses with make up and all that jazz........thanks for your positivity!

  • Let's NEVER give up and we shall all just be hot sexy grannys.

We are NEVER going to be too old for makeup and all that goes with it!!!

I saw this beautiful older lady at the airport the other day... she had to be in her late 70's. She had blush and lipstick, eyeshadow and mascara on and looked like a million bucks! I wanted to run up and hug her! She was SO put together!

    XOXO~~~<3

  • Thank you Lana 'cause I was going to give up, my father in law told me I was so fat :( I wont give up.

  • POOP on your father-in-law!!!

That's not right! I doubt he's perfect either!

    *hug* to you ~~~<3

  • Hi Lana,

Just wanted to tell you I bought Strivectin today. I found it at Costco of all places. They had two 4oz tubes for 135.00. I'm excited to start using it!

  • Ooooo, let me know how you like it!!!

    Great deal!!!

    XOXO

  • ur so pretty! i am subbing!

  • *hug*

    Thank You

    XOXO

  • You are so inspiring! I am going to try cleansing with a toothbrush. Thank you for all the helpful videos.....................

  • Let me know how it works for you, OK?

    XOXO

  • I'm going to try your toothbrush trick. I've been thinking about something like it for a while but you've inspired me!

  • Let me know how you like it... I can't do without scrubbing my face with my toothbrush. My huband looks at me like I have LOST it and asks me if I am going to use car parts on my face next! *Sigh* .... He just doesn't GET it!

    XOXO

  • Lana when is your Birthday what month and day that is?

  • your so sweet x

  • hey lana, i have an off topic question. i want to get a camera to do videos with, is there any cameras that you can watch yourself being filmed so that you can tell if you are stepping out of the picture?

  • Hello1

I use a Sony Cyber-Shot and it has the big 3" screen that enables you to see what you are videoing. Most all of them do these days. Good Luck!!!!

PS. Go to WalMart and buy a tri-pod. It helps! $15.00

  • Wow I never thought of using a toothbrush! I am def. gonna try the Luminese and Strivectin (and toothbrush). And thanks for the pep talk-some days that is very much needed!

  • Just buy a cheap flat-head toothbrush. Mine is a battery one but i didn't even put batteries in it. I just scrub everywhere and it really Works!

    *hug*

    XOXO

  • I adore you!!! That was a great talk at the end of your video! It was very encouraging. Thank you!! xoxo

  • *Hug* Thank You~~~<3

    XOXO

  • Hi, I am close to the same age. It is hard starting to see changes but life is still good. Good idea about tooth brush. I also use Renova. Easier on the skin than retin A. I am sensitive like your sister. Since I got older I can't use este lauder and need tons of hydration and less harsh chemicals. I use origins now and getting some good results. You look wonderful. I agree for those of you who are younger out there. Good skin care at a young age matters and stay out of the sun.

  • Best advice of all...Stay out of the SUN!

    I agree!

    XOXO

  • I just love you and your spirit. I just turned 40 and I'm right there with you about taking the best care of yourself - keep up the wonderful videos!

  • *hug*

Thank You and Happy Belated Birthday!!!

  • Take the time to look good = feeling great. But it needs to be a package deal: face, body and spirit.

  • I agree! Well said

    XOXO

  • i love u

    very sex

  • LOL... I Love You toooo!

  • Thank you for the pep talk - there are so many times I want to just cross that line until I see somebody like you. Thanks for being here :D ~ Renee

  • Oh Girl... Don't cross over to the DARK side!!! We LOVE you right here!

    XOXO~~~<3 *hug*

  • You are sooo interesting!!! I love hearing your opinions and stories :-)

  • XOXO...~~~<3 *hug*

  • Your really amazing.. I love your attitude. I have seen so many people give up and I will see them with gray hair. I want to give them a bottle of hair coloring.

I have days where I think about giving up but something in me keeps going. I want to look pretty even if I am heavy set. Some people just stop caring about how they look and I think everyone could pep their look up some. It makes ya feel better when you glam yourself up some.

  • Your video helped me a lot and I'm 21! Thanks for making an inspiring video once again!

  • XOXO

    *hug*

  • Lana, you are the best! I do take your suggestions seriously as far as make up and skin care are concerned. You have a lovely personality, are fun and honest.

    God bless! Jeanne Marie JM

  • Hi There JM!!!

You are just so darn sweet!

    *hug*

  • Thanxs gorgeous!!

  • Thanxs Lana for such fantastic advice. I'm going to run out and get a toothbrush for my face. I really like yours. Do you mind sharing with us what brand it is? Thanxs again.

  • Hi! It's just a cheap-o Conair. I don't even have batteries in it. Just find a cheap- flat head toothbrush. It REALLY does work wonders!

    XOXO
